Privacy & security

What is stored

  • Your account: email, name, password (hashed – no one can read it, not even us) and the linked Google account, if any.
  • Your portfolio: transactions, exchange balances and orders, your plan and settings.
  • Imported CSV files – kept so an import can be re-read later.
  • No ads, analytics or trackers. Cookies only keep you signed in.

Exchange keys

  • Only read-only keys are accepted: a key that can trade, withdraw or transfer funds is refused when you save it. So even if someone stole the key, they could not touch your funds.
  • The key is stored encrypted and is never shown again – only its last four characters.
  • Disconnect deletes the key here; transactions already in your ledger stay. You can also delete the key on Binance at any time – syncing then simply stops.

Who sees your data

  • Only you. Your data is not sold or shared.
  • Prices and rates come from Binance, CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko and other public sources – we send them nothing about you. Your Binance key is used only to read your own account.
  • Fonts (Bunny Fonts) and coin logos (CoinGecko) load straight into your browser – those services get only a request for the file, nothing from your account.
  • Emails (such as password reset) are sent through Brevo. From Google sign-in we get only your name, email and account ID.
  • Whoever runs the server can technically access the database, as with any online service – that is why only read-only keys are accepted.

Deleting your account

  • Profile → Delete Account erases everything at once: transactions, plan, orders, exchange keys and imported files. It cannot be undone.
  • Server backups keep a copy for a while, until newer ones replace them.

Not financial advice

Targets, Take profit and Buy and hold suggest amounts and price levels from your own plan and simple formulas. This is not financial advice: you decide, and you place orders yourself. The app never trades for you.
